Participants have an opportunity to engage and commit to anti-racism as a community. Through a relational approach, the Anti-Racism PLC will focus on the impact of historical racism, implicit bias, identity and self-awareness. PLC participants will begin to build skills to become anti-racist educators committed to radically transforming conditions for teaching and learning in ways that advance equity, social justice, and social-emotional learning (SEL). The PLC is set to launch via Zoom on February 29, 2024 from 3:30-4:30pm. Following the launch, the dates, times, and locations will be scheduled.
