The Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership (SEZP) is dedicated to culturally responsive family engagement and building authentic, and equal partnerships with families, that’s rooted in a deep appreciation for the rich social and cultural identities and unique strengths that each family brings to the family-school partnership. We encourage each of our families to be unapologetic advocates for their child’s education, and therefore, to be a prominent voice in setting the vision for their child’s school.
