At SEZP, we don’t believe that one size fits all when it comes to education.

We take a different approach.

And we believe that schools should have the power to make their own decisions tailored to their students’ unique needs. And we believe in the value of local partnerships and community participation.

So we’ve combined the autonomy of a charter school model with the support and accountability of the local school district to create the Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership, an equitable learning environment where students receive customized education and build skills beyond academic success.

There’s a reason “empowerment” is in our name: It’s at the heart of what we do. We empower the educators, students, and families in our schools to drive real change and affect real results.
