In SEZP, administrators understand that outcomes matter.

Flexibilities – in budget, in high-quality curriculum, in calendar/schedule, and in staffing – are accorded to our schools in exchange for accountability, namely student outcomes. The Roadmap for Equitable Student Outcomes quantifies whether or not schools are delivering on the promise that we have made to families. The strength of our Teacher Leadership Teams demonstrates whether or not our schools are living the principle of meaningful teacher voice. The success of school planning influences every aspect of a school.

To that end, SEZP leadership has put together the following Accountability Calendar for this school year.
