What is the school doing to improve outcomes?
Rise Prep
- Making high school teachers part of a collaborative community where they experience support and two-way communication with administration
- Having all teachers participate in high quality professional development to promote rigor and student thinking in classes
- Developing structures for improving student understanding of graduation readiness and preparation for graduation
- More effectively utilizing support staff to work on pressure points for graduation readiness, including chronic absenteeism and growth mindset
