What is the school doing to improve outcomes?
- Using a guided lesson planning protocol to develop teacher proficiency for aggressively monitoring rigor and student ownership of the learning, as measured by classroom implementation and use of the resulting data
- Centering teacher observation and feedback on the ways in which aggressive monitoring can improve rigor, student ownership of the learning, and real time adjustments to practice
- Including families in the Response to Intervention (RTI) process by involving them directly in the diagnosis and treatment planning work of the team
- Empowering effective family voice through a Family Engagement Team as measured by routine systems of feedback throughout the year
