Session Outcomes

By the end of this session, educators will be able to:

– Implement the 360° Words – Move It! Make It! Mean It! strategy to make vocabulary learning active, meaningful, and memorable for students.
– Share this vocabulary-building strategy with colleagues at their schools.
– Differentiate between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 vocabulary words.
– Support students in deepening their knowledge of new vocabulary by connecting words to gestures, images, and examples—building stronger and more lasting word understanding.
