Session Outcomes: Shift from Reactive to Proactive Self-Care – Learn how to prevent burnout by adopting daily, proactive self-care practices.

  • Build a Sustainable Professional Toolkit – Gain practical strategies like boundary setting, workload management, and stress reduction to use right away.
  • Strengthen Career Longevity and Effectiveness – Develop habits that support personal well-being while sustaining a successful career in education.
