Defining Empathy:
– Participants will be able to define empathy and its benefits (including its connection to SEL)
– Develop the ability to take the perspective of others
– Self assess their own empathy

Communicating Empathy:
– Participants will be able to earn skills to communicate understanding
– Practice communicating understanding and avoiding judgment
– Learn how to grow and develop empathy
