What is the school doing to improve outcomes?

  • Develop an instructional vision that is understood, shared, and embraced by all teachers that drives learning and teaching at the school and is evidenced through students’ learning experiences. The vision will also be seen in the artifacts in student work products and in classroom resources.
  • Developing, implementing, and institutionalizing a system for improving learning and teaching that is aligned to the instructional vision as measured by data trends grounded in the vision that demonstrates a correlation between educator feedback and improved practices observed in walkthroughs
  • Providing differentiated and targeted supports during intervention to improve student performance as measured by formative and summative assessments
  • Developing a plan to routinely discuss the progress of students, assess performance data, determine the impact of treatment plans, and teacher efficacy on student performance, especially for emerging bilinguals and exceptional learners as measured by the correlation of evolving student support and outcomes over time.
